X Shopping manager access and product management errors

Users face authentication errors when accessing shop management tools and cannot assign product sets to shop spotlights.

I figured out a way to get to the shopping manager and update my products and featured products. I was trying to access this all from desktop before and switch to my phone and clicked an X Ads link that was advertising on X and from there was able to navigate to shopping manager, on my phone, and get to the products and change what I wanted.

That’s some progress… I still can’t even access the shopping manager. I get an error for bad authentication data when I try to click “get started” on the X Shopping page. Logging out and back in doesn’t fix it either. I’ll certainly come back to this and update if I ever get a resolution.
