@nikitabier I know you and your team may consider Nigerian accounts too insignificant to respond to, but I want it on record that I reached out directly after X refused to clearly state what offence led to my monetisation being paused.
As a verified user who has consistently paid for this platform for five consecutive months, I deserve transparency. You cannot suspend someone’s monetisation without giving clear and specific reasons.
That is not how customers should be treated.
I know there’s a strong chance this tweet gets ignored like many others, but I hope at the very least it pricks your conscience enough to acknowledge the complaint and provide an explanation.
