CX didn't make a single bad product decision. They get blamed for all of them.
Product ships a confusing flow → CX eats the tickets. Finance changes pricing without telling anyone → CX eats the tickets.
Then companies hand them the oldest software in the stack and ask why CSAT is tanking.
Every other function got rebuilt in this cycle. Engineering got Cursor. Finance got AI forecasting. Marketing got a whole new stack. CX got a badge on a ticket form.
What @mjwoo94 is launching at @_appliedlabs is the first stack I've seen built for the CX leader, not the ticket queue.
